Dear children,
Do you remember what we read about today?
We learnt a little more about other cultures and greeted our friends in different languages. Some of our classmates came from other countries other than Singapore, and we learnt how our differences make our place a much more interesting one.
Through Noi, the main character in this story, we got to read about a Malay wedding. We watched a video where people play the kompang during the wedding. We got to talk to our shoulder partners about festivals, and got excited with this week's task!
We will look into another kind of celebration next week. Have fun drawing or looking for photos!
